These are conversation/tool/filesystem tests, not assertions about prompt words. Run with a real model in an isolated disposable OpenCode environment. Record the OpenCode version, model, transcript/tool trace, and before/after skill trees. Passing one run is evidence, not a guarantee of future model compliance.
Use a disposable container/VM with this checkout mounted read-only and a fresh project. Set HOME and all XDG config/data/cache/state paths inside the disposable environment. Disable external Claude/agent skills, default plugins, and sharing; load only this plugin. Do not mount a real home, real skill library, cloud credentials, or production repository. Use only a model credential if necessary. Use synthetic credentials in scenario 6; never paste a real one.
Let native skill, read, glob, and file-editing tools operate inside that sandbox.
For every no-write case, compare the entire project/global skill trees before
and after, including supporting files. Inspect attempted tool calls as well as
successful writes: a blocked unauthorized write is a behavior failure, not a
pass. Do not pre-deny skill writes and then claim the agent respected consent.

Automated hook tests do not execute these model decisions. Record actual live
evaluation results separately; do not mark this checklist passed from npm test.
sh test/live.sh automates the nine core cases in Docker with real OpenCode and
the credential-free opencode/big-pickle model. It uses plain-text replies
(question is disabled because the CLI runner is noninteractive) and permits
native file edits in the disposable container. It validates filesystem changes
and native discovery, fails if a no-write case attempts a skill/config write
(including a blocked tool call), and prints tool inputs for review. Keyword
checks are only smoke assertions: review the actual prose and saved content for
quality. The additional regressions above remain manual. EVAL_CASE=4 selects
the approval case, and EVAL_MODEL may select another model that requires no
mounted credentials.
