After install the Helpdesk module, the Helpdesk Menu in the website, allow the user to input and submit to Helpdesk with ticket numbers

Have you reproduced the issue in runboat? And, could you provided a more detailed description of the issue (isn't working=is there any raised error that you could attach?)

It's not available to link the website form to a helpdesk team
And also no portal like previous versions 16 and earlier.

I use windows deployment

Well, I would say that you haven't really installed the module at all, no matter if it's Windows. You are not deploying correctly in Windows.

The module is available on the apps list and also i can receive tickets via email

I managed to add it to the portal
Q: Does it support the website form? Or only a portal for now?
