When i create a new ticket on mail team incoming, sequence HT doesn't work.
Ticket number is the mail subject.
When i create manually a new ticket it works.

I have the same problem!

When receiving an email, it search the rec_name (line 1454) to insert the subject (line 1456)

The problem begin with this commit since Aug 26, 2024 : odoo/odoo@75b385b#diff-a90153cd0202b1feb0d5ef9cf041bf662256cb7ce1434b610709a7557db3c9ce
When change «data.get('name')» to «data.get(name_field)»
Check file mail_thread.py

It's complicate to fix it, it can broke hr_recruitment
