Update the Wayland Weston troubleshooting section (and possibly others)

The page at https://oe4t.github.io/master/Wayland-Weston-support-on-Jetson-platforms.html#troubleshooting mentions an obsolete TX2 config and I'm not sure whether this is still accurate on r39. It should either be updated to reference a current platform or updated to have the correct content.

The whole troubleshooting section is certainly obsolete and is probably most simply removed. The rest of it is generally ok but could use some freshening up.
