MI CDM: Series (0008,103E) naming conventions in Procedure_occurrence CDM table as procedure_concept_id

Lack of ETL convention:
provide guidance to improve consistency of ETL for imaging series naming conventions.
Description: Link to section of documentation which lacks or has unclear descriptions, description of idea of interest and the multiple standard concept_ids to represent this idea, or description of idea of interest and the different ways these data can be ETL’d into the CDM with standard concept_ids.

Suggested solution:
Solution should consider the following:
- The RSNA Informatics Council has Series Naming conventions available at: https://www.rsna.org/practice-tools/data-tools-and-standards/radlex-playbook-series
- MIDRC has a publicly available Series naming unification software which has been used extensively.
- DICOM provides Series Code Sequence Attributes. Which DICOM tag to use in CDM?
