Issue Name: Creating a best recorded visual acuity of the right eye (BRVA OD), best recorded visual acuity of the left eye (BRVA OS), and/or best recorded visual acuity of both eyes (BRVA OU) from multiple visual acuity (VA) measures in the electronic health record (EHR).
Issue Type: Lack of ETL conventions for extracting VA data.
Description: The Eye Care and Vision Research Workgroup reached consensus on how to ETL a single BRVA measure (for right, left, and both eyes) from multiple available VA measurement in a source database (e.g., electronic health record).
