We need to implement metric (also known as SI) conversions and labels for process cooling as we have done in other assessments. Some infrastructure and implementation is already included, but we pivoted as it wasn't a beta release requirement for the PC team.
PC team has been using "SI" rather than "metric" - we should confirm if PC assessment will follow MEASUR conventions and simply stick with metric
