Below is a governance-grade issue description that is clear, scoped, and aligned with how mature open source organizations document shared infrastructure.
Issue Description
To support consistent issue management, automation, reporting, and contributor onboarding across OSSAfrica, we need a single, authoritative Source of Truth for our GitHub issue label taxonomy.
This work will define and document a standardized, organization-wide set of GitHub issue labels, including their names, purposes, usage guidelines, and color codes. The goal is to ensure that all OSSAfrica repositories use a shared labeling system that enables clarity, predictability, and scalable collaboration as the organization grows.

- Organization-wide label synchronization
