Add standard namespaces to all grain keywords

Example :authorized? -> :grain/authorized?

This should be done in a backwards compatible way. So, given the example above, :authorized would still work.

Discussed with @cjbarre potentially using ai.obney.grain for the standard ns but we decided to go with the shorter grain instead.
