Create an AD2CP echopype notebook

Just read the raw files and examine the data in them, since these won't involve Sv calculations, being an altogether different sort of beast.

Currently having some real trouble finding any unprocessed files - examples exist but they're all already in .netcdf format, and the biggest problem will be decoding the proprietary format....

@simedroniraluca if you do end up finding an unprocessed ADCP file (any format, really, just don't let it be in a pre-processed netcdf file since those are usually processed with the manufacturer's proprietary software, which is exactly what we'd like to avoid...) please add it

Just a quick note to say I've managed to read some .ad2cp test data using Echopype. But, I haven't gotten to the part where I analyze, calibrate or process the 'current velocity' yet.
