FE-025: `onboarding.tsx` manager onboarding form does not validate email format client-side

The manager onboarding page accepts an optional email field but does not validate email format before submission. Invalid emails cause server-side validation errors with unhelpful messages.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add regex or library-based email validation
• Show inline error below the email field
• Allow submission with empty email (it's optional) but reject malformed emails
