Add recommendation system

You should do it after closing Issue #21
First idea is:

• Create some kind of template (user-defined/build-in)
  • Template consist of parts with tags that should be filled by the system
  • Parts look like a tag and number of items that should be filled (for example, Meat - 2 items)
    • Should do some workaround, because different items can have different weight
  • Items tags should match with the template parts
  • System should use rating of all items in the database
  • System should use tags/labels of items
