Create sub-classes

This issue is to discuss anything related to the structure of the technology subclasses.

Diesel sub-class:

This inherits the Technology class and adds four extra parameters: diesel_price, efficiency, diesel_truck_consumption and diesel_truck_volume.

Hydro sub-class:

At the moment this class was only created to be able to differentiate a Hydro technology from the others when calling the calculate_off_grid_lcoes method, as there is the need to pass an extra argument to the method.
