TAPI modeling of ZR and ZR+ muxponders

I think we need to discuss and close on how to represent ZR and ZR+ capable muxponders in TAPI.
We may need to define:

• new layer-protocol-qualifiers. Will it be under layer-protocol-name PHOTONIC_MEDIA?
• Reference modeling diagrams for things like 400G to ZR400 transponder, 4x100G to ZR400 muxponder, 2x400G to ZR800 muxponder, 8x100G to ZR800 muxponder, combinations etc.
• any new config pacs if needed

I agree that we need to make explicit statements on support for ZR and ZR+ which may require us to add to the model. I can bring the related IETF work in to a meeting shortly. I suggest we aim to add this to 2.7 and then back propagate to earlier releases.
