Rename Species to Molecule

@Yuri05 Why do we have the term Species in SimModel and not Molecule? I think we should change this as species means something completely different in our suite

Agree, we should rename.
But "Molecules" is also not optimal (e.g. it does not include parameters with RHS).
So maybe "StateVariables"?

StateVariables is indeed probable the most correct term. Will it have any impact outisde of SimModel?
