[BUG] PCS does not work with nodes discovered via Magellan

Describe the bug
PCS does not work with nodes discovered via Magellan as fields required by PCS are missing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. magellan collect --host http://localhost:27779/ --username root --password
2. curl -sS -X GET -H "Accept: application/json" http://localhost:28007/v1/power-status?xname=[x1000c1s7b0](http://localhost:27779/hsm/v2/Inventory/RedfishEndpoints/<node-added-by-magellan| jq

Expected behavior
PCS should be able to query status and transitions with PCS

Closing this since magellan#96 is done. It looks like that was similar to OpenCHAMI/ochami#47.

OpenCHAMI/ochami#51 was also relevant for manually-created nodes, but Magellan was already handling that.
