The Open IP Library exposes nine cataloged reuse packages
without changing or copying the certified RTL. Standalone cores, shared shell
paths, and integration bundles are labeled separately. make ip-validate
checks package metadata and make ip-demo IP=<name> writes proof results under
build/ip_library/.

The certified scope remains a frozen pre-tokenized input and two generated
