I note FORMAT totals don't total up to same numbers of files as other categories on left do. Is there a file format we aren't seeing in this section that totals the other dozen odd files?

@jpeizer1 that means that there are 567 (out of 579) records with a PDF file on them. Which means that 13 are without, this could be due to following reasons:

• something went wrong on the import process
• those files are not available were the script expected them

I would suggest to curate them manually

@acorbi -- it could also mean that the documents are referenced in a different format, such as for ODMm who might be linking/redirecting to HTML page for legal documents in the ministries page rather than uploading the PDF directly into CKAN.

However at the time this issue got raised, only ODC laws were available on CKAN. Note kh (579). Since ODC's former Law compendium only had PDF files related, the import scripts should not have added any HTML resources to the created datasets.
