Bring Hide/show graphs into Energy dashboard

Problem statement

With the growing information and tools in Energy dashboard, people feel the need to decide which ones are relevant to them at a specific time, and which ones are more important than others.

This is totally compatible with the policy of "just basic customization in built in dashboards" - people just want to pick order of the most relevant cards on top-bottom and hide the ones that we don't.

We already have a similar philosophy in Overview dashboard, where we let users hide the sidebar summaries. It makes even more sense in dashboards like Energy because the same data input is used to create several outputs, and you might not feel one or some of them are relevant, but still want the auto-update and the rest of the graphs that do make sense.

There are many exchanges on forums on the possibility to customize colors in the energy dashboard.

There are ways to do it via themes, but for the individual devices it impacts the rest of HA frontend because the two only ways are:

• arrange your devices so that the order matches the default color scheme (blue/yellow/red/green/purple/brown/etc...) but it is not always possible.
• adapt this default color scheme using graph-color-1, graph-color-2, graph-color-3, etc... but this will impact all graphs including history graph colors... (problematic for example if you wanted similar colors in energy, but contrasting colors in other graphs)

In the customization of these pages, the color of individual devices could also be addressed (via specific theme variables, of even via UI).

@mbb365 is revising our proposed UX for this - after that, we can say its ready.

The energy dashboard is a normal dashboard strategy like all the others right now, so anything that we do for card customization can be applied to home, lights and the others.
We could for example have a limited edit view for them that only allows hiding/showing cards for now. We could also allow editing of card options where the user can override specific options if they want.
Rearranging is more complicated though because of the whole grid system so I would leave this for last or even not do and add a full take over button instead.

Three concepts -

01 - Menu

• Edit icon → dropdown menu → modal.

· Reuses a pattern HA already has, no new elements introduced.

· Keeps context inside the view, and not the data source.

· The dropdown makes "Customise layout" and "Configure energy" defined

02 - On page

• Edit icon → Configuration page → ‘Icon’ (TBC) → Modal

· The configuration page becomes the source of truth. A clear "Customise layout" callout at the top.

· Slightly more steps but keeps layout customisation logically inside to the data configuration.
(yes this is contrary to concept 1 for context)

My personal preferences would be

02 - On page - as a way to add something new, not polluting what we already have everyone understanding about customization.

As One - We don't have so many tabs that we need to separate them - and its easier to understand if you just see all the possible toggles in one screen.
