Make Matter cameras feel like an established camera integrations

Problem statement

Building upon #40 we aim to establish a first Matter camera experience aiming to be eventually en par with existing camera integrations.

Certainly, we won't aim to hit all camera functionality right from the start. Hence, for this first iteration we aim to cover all essentials to enable a first good Matter camera experience to build upon going forward.

Also, we aim to keep the implementation generic and re-use what's there without re-inventing the wheel where possible.

This opportunity relates to 2 main initiatives:

• Expose Matter cameras based on existing UI #119

and as a parallel opportunity

• Refine the camera UI and introduce card zooming #120
