Add a multi-module Maven test project for evaluation and future test automation

Add mote test projects to test different project setups. Use as examples the test projects found in [ci.maven](https://github.com/OpenLiberty/ci.maven/blob/main/liberty-maven-plugin/src/it/dev-it/resources/multi-module-projects/multiModuleTestCases.md). A description of the projects can be found [here](https://github.com/OpenLiberty/ci.maven/blob/main/liberty-maven-plugin/src/it/dev-it/resources/multi-module-projects/multiModuleTestCases.md).
[WASdev/sample.ejb](https://github.com/WASdev/sample.ejb) is another example that can be used.
