Ctrl-F to open filter window does not work

Description

On my machine, nothing happens if I press Ctrl-F.
If I go to "Menu -> View -> Set Filter (Ctrl-F)", the filter window is opened. The shortcut is shown in the menu, but when I press Ctrl-F, nothing happens.

All other shortcuts work as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start openSAK
2. Press Ctrl-F
3. Nothing happens

Expected Behavior

I would expect the filter dialog to open.

Environment

python --version = 3.14.6
openSAK Version=1.16.1 (English)
os=Windows 11 Pro 25H2 64-bit German
