No dowlnoad from Open Sea Map

Hi,
I cannot download ANY of open sea maps, nothing happens when I click links "download" on the left panel.
My laptop runs with Win10, updated, has Java installed and I tested it on Firefox, Opera and Eege. Unfortunately none of them works :(

Please advise,
