Improvements to Details Sidebar

When looking at the tag information for the interactive seamarks, it would be really helpful to:

1. Show the Node lat long
2. Allow the sidebar width to be increase (or scrolled) - the tag info is often too long to see!
3. Add a link to the Node info/history page
