Aerial photo layer (“Aerial photo” via Bing Maps) is no longer loading #264

Description

@softwareok1

Hello,

I have noticed that the aerial photo layer (“Aerial photo” via Bing Maps) is no longer loading in the current OpenSeaMap map display.

Issue description:

The layer is selected in the map interface, but no aerial images appear.

Network analysis in the browser shows:
GET https://dev.virtualearth.net/REST/v1/Imagery/Metadata/Aerial?uriScheme=https&include=ImageryProviders&key=...
→ The status code is not 200 OK (e.g., 401 / 403).

Suspected cause:

The Bing Maps API key is invalid, expired, or blocked for this resource.

Possibly changes in the Bing REST API or licensing terms.

Please check:

Is the stored Bing Maps API key still valid and correctly integrated?

Does the layer need to be updated to a new API version or another image source?
