Add instrumentation for the deployment of component #237
Description
It would be usefull to know the graph of deployment of the component.
When a component is deployed, it can deploy other component.
We could identified the hierarchy of deployment between the different component.
This instrumentation can be deployed to MolHomeServices.
It can use thisContext to detect who is trying to deploy the component.
It would be usefull to have the order (check if the order is always the same).
It would be usefull to know who started, paused, resumed and stop the component.
