Currently the splitbar service resizes the registered object on button up. It would be nice if (as option) the resize is already when moving the bar.
BTW: What is the instance variable ib_performredraw for? It is TRUE by default and is used the force a SetRedraw on objects when splitbar is moving. But I can't see why this variable is needed.
