PLEASE HELP THE GAME İS NOT LATEST VERSİON

Describe the bug

The Game luas are latest version of the game but opensteamtools downloading the old version of the game LİKE PEAK. the latest version of the game is 1.65 but OST is downloading 1.9.a its like 1 year ago!

Steps to reproduce

1. Restart Steam
2. Download the game
3. Notice the game version is old

Expected behavior

Downloading the latest version of the game

Actual behavior

Downloading old version of the game

During testing, please remove the game first, then re-download it to confirm the issue

1. Please confirm whether Lua is using the manifest binding -> setManifestid and whether it matches the manifest number you need

2. Confirm if there is an older version manifest for the corresponding game in the Steam\depotcache folder. If so, please delete it (Important Please back up to another location before deleting)
3. Confirm the actual download manifest in the Steam\depotcache folder, the manifest that appeared during download, and whether it matches the manifest number you need
4. If you have confirmed the above steps but still have the problem, it is recommended to remove Steam and reinstall it, then re-confirm the first 3 steps. This may not solve the problem, but it's worth a try
