Describe the bug

steam今天的突然更新导致失效，重新下载了1.4.8版本重新导入lua文件失效，退出steam后重新登陆发现无法登录，且出现如文件所示报错，关闭报错后成功登录steam，但游戏全部恢复为购买状态。

Steps to reproduce

1.将dwmapi.dll，OpenSteamTool.dll和xinput1_4.dll文件放入steam根目录
2.在Steam\config\lua文件夹里放入lua文件
3.重启steam失败

Expected behavior

OpenSteamTool 应该能正常识别我的 Steam 版本，顺利注入后游戏成功导入，启动时没有任何报错提示。

Actual behavior

弹出了“Unsupported Steam Version”的警告，导致功能被禁用。
