[FEATURE] custom appid for the -onlinefix

Problem / motivation

it would be nice to able to change the appid for the onlinefix to something other than 480 (spacewar)

Proposed solution

extend the launch option to something such as "-onlinefix 0000"

Is this useful for any games specifically?

Some games such as Stronghold 2 and Stronghold Legends spam the lobby list with a bunch of fake lobbies when spacewar is used and some games straight up patched that id, like Resident Evil 6.
