README.md needs some clarification

Please add a comment that for CLI installation cloning the repo is not necessary and running 'npm install -g @openvasp/contracts' can be done directly without the sources.

Also, it would be great to additionally highlight that Build and Test sections are for smart contracts sources and those can be skipped when working with CLI tool. Cause it might confuse some novices.
