decide/check Downloads for AAD - access as OSU, non-admin

AAD Works are OSU-only, with high-res DL = False. Solr looks correct - shows all Works in this collection with: full_size_download_allowed_label_sim = False. 

We need to decide if we will also manually check that DL is working as expected for these. Since these are OSU-only works – we’ll need access to an OSU authenticated account who isn’t an OD admin?
