Book repo is empty

I am trying to insatll it on my Windows 7 64 bit PC but stuck in between and now when i looked into the " Book " repo, It shows "EMPTY"

ERROR: 
'eeschema' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file.

Please upload a proper documentation
