Pack to standalone nuget-package

Not thinking about a seperate package now, this code is completely unsupported and I can't find the time to maintain this myself.

Perhaps, if we can find a dedicated maintainer. Feel free to branch off whatever you find here, also willing to re-license if that would be better.

Ah ok, sorry, ignore my previous comment, this code is meant to be included as code in other projects.
