Settings icon on gaze bar stays highlighted after settings form closes.

Observer behavior
Settings icon stays highlighted until another function from the tool bar is selected.

Desired behavior.
When the settings form closes, the settings icon on gaze tool bar is no longer

highlighted.

Hi,
settings menu at the taskbar doesn't work.
Settings menu by clicking on the toolbar is working. But the menu seems small in size so I can't see the bottom of the menu.
