A windows-compatible flashinfer fork is being built, enabling nvfp4 on Windows.
nvfp4 is only useful on blackwell hardware.
Therefore, we need the following local_world distributions:
- local_world-blackwell (installs flashinfer)
- local_world (no flashinfer, nvfp4 disabled)
Additionally, we need to package such that flashinfer_nvfp4_windows is installed on windows, and standard flashinfer is installed on gnu/linux.
