After completing HP agreements, the "Monthly Cost" of settled agreements is not zeroed and is still included in the Total figure, distorting the actual expected monthly payment.
This would be improved by zeroing the Monthly Cost once the agreement is settled, same as all other columns, so the Total only shows the monthly total for active agreements.
