Each repository in this organization contains a weeks worth of material for the Introduction to Programming for Genetic Data Analysis course developed by the Department of Molecular Genetics, University of Toronto Virtual Learning Strategy.

The material has been developed for use with a JupyterHub instance that has RStudio and Terminal features. It features automatic grading with Otter Grader, for both instant student feedback and autograding for instructors.
