mldataset package!

Hi, I can't work with "mldataset" package in python, those codes provided in new version don't work for "Jupyter notebook and google colab". can you provide alternative code for it? Whole chapter 2 works with mldataset which doesn't work.

You can pip install it. I had no issues. I agree, alternative sources of data being available would be great!

@ouchrush If ml-datasets refers to https://pypi.org/project/ml-datasets/, I don't understand how it could be a substitute.

For my part, I used these bash + python instructions in COLAB to install the "machine_learning_datasets" module locally :

Instead of

!pip install machine-learning-datasets

run

!curl -L -o ./machine_learning_datasets.tar.gz https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/f2/d7/acf9b59e9b32819e916b7d9a0d3f0bd6b1c90e20c117850cd5a018966854/machine_learning_datasets-0.1.23.tar.gz
!tar -xz -f ./machine_learning_datasets.tar.gz
!mv ./machine_learning_datasets-0.1.23 ./machine_learning_datasets

then

import sys
sys.path.append("./machine_learning_datasets")

Working for chapter 2 notebook.
