The GeneticMap headers are included by Data.cpp but are missing. It fails to build then.

I also spotted that "PlinkMap.hpp" will be missing as well.

There is a dependency that is not yet listed in the README (please note that this version of ASMC is not yet officially released, so there will be some rough edges in the documentation).

the dependency on this project will be automatically satisfied and the project should build fine.

Using vcpkg is not possible.
It forces recompilation of already present and optimized dependencies. It is preferable to use CMake only IMO.

Thanks for the pointer though. It'll have to wait for a stable release.

You can, of course, compile the data module yourself.

make install

should give you the library and public headers you need.

@ccoulombe I have made some changes that will make it easier to avoid using vcpkg when compiling ASMC.

First, the data module is now distributed as a submodule, so you would no longer have to obtain and compile it separately.
Second, there is a new CMake switch that will prevent using vcpkg even if you have cloned the vcpkg submodule.
