ManagedIdentityCredential does not work as first option in ChainedTokenCredential with new Azure.Identity

It was fixed in Azure.Identity main branch 2 weeks ago, so it probably arrives as an upstream fix in their next release.

The fix is in main where CredentialUnavailableException is thrown instead:

The fix is now released in v1.15.0 of Azure.Identity, but unfortunately the fix relies on the error message containing timed out, which mine doesn't (it says host is down), so it still doesn't work.

Workaround is still in place, where ManagedIdentity is last in the credential chain.
