Some small improvements

• Markers improved
  • Deprecated improved
  • Issue added (Performance, Architecture, Bug, Messy, Lacks Documentation, Counter-intuitive, Weird Behaviour, etc.)
  • Duplicated added - marker means an entity looks very similar or the same to entity/code of the project. More relevant for non-identical code, but rather for the code that does the same in the same or similar way as another code.
  • Optimize added - marker means necessity to optimize code inside with the description of reasons
  • Refactor added - maker similar to Optimize, but means that the whole code and related architecture might be sub-optimal
  • ObjState added in replacement of Affecting
