[Bug] PoolCard APY display shows NaN when pool data is loading

Description

The PoolCard component attempts to format APY before the pool data has loaded, resulting in NaN being displayed to users.

Current behavior

APY shows as NaN during loading state.

Expected behavior

Show a loading skeleton or placeholder until APY data is available.
