Decide framework for CRUD

Goal:
The goal for this decision is to find out the better framework to use for the CRUD database project. Should we go for a more robust framework, such as React, or a more modern and sleek framework such as Svelte. We should consider various factors, but choose the approach that is the best for our organization's project.

Things to Keep In Mind:
This application by itself, is not that large, and there won't be that many users using it simultaneously. So these questions arise such as, does loading time matter, and how maintainable is the language if we choose one or the other? With that said, lets get to the comparison.

React vs Svelte:

React :

• React is a much more mature language, meaning it is more supported, there is more documentation, and more libraries are supported
• More widely used, meaning there is more community support
• More maintainable due to it being a mature language and how many support docs there are. More people likely know React

Svelte:

• Svelte is easier to learn and use. This makes it easy for people to pick up the language compared to React because the way the code is written, it is simpler to read and use the built-in functions
• Smaller bundle size --> Although this is good since our app would load faster, it seems discardable for this project since its an internal tool and is simply just an app that uses CRUD from APIs, so it would not make a difference for our application

Summary:
Overall, I believe React is the go to choice for our project. Since it will be such a small application that will be used internally by members and volunteers of PRN, details like loading time and bundle size is not as important and can be disregarded for the sake of the project. However, I think we should keep in mind that although Svelte is easier to use and easier to pick up, since React is the more popular language due to the amount of time it has been since its been released, it will most likely be easier to maintain and more people will know React more than a young language like Svelte.
