Create home / login page when site is first loaded

As a user, I want to see the login page for the site upon loading the site. The login page would suffice as the site's homepage.
In this login page, I want...

• A simple, easy to use interface that gives internal users the option to login.
• Login will be done using Google's Workspace API, where we will restrict login to Parking Reform Network's registered users only. If the email they use IS NOT a part of PRN's workspace, they will not be allowed to log in. An error message should be shown otherwise.
• Upon successful login, navigate the user to the next screen (would be the CRUD database table)
