Confirmation Pop Up of submitted rating #290
Description
If a rating was submitted/edited successfully, there should be a confirmation pop up that appears to the user indicating that it was a success. Conversely, there should be a failure pop up that appears if something went wrong. This feature can use the PopUp component.
