Cafe Flutters pages

Description:
We need to create a "Café Flutters" page that displays all possible Café Flutters, including both incoming and past events.

Requirements:

• The page should be accessible at: /cafe-flutter
• Display Cafe Flutters in a grid layout
• When a user clicks on a Cafe Flutter item, navigate them to the specific Cafe Flutter details page

Acceptance Criteria:

• The page correctly lists all incoming and past Cafe Flutters
• The URL matches /cafe-flutter
• Events are displayed in a grid format
• Clicking on an event navigates to its specific details page
