My modpack for my server has quite a few low-end monocular NVGs that I want to blacklist but only a handful of GPNVGs that I want to actually use your mod on. In cases like this it would be easier to use a whitelist instead. Another advantage to a whitelist mode is if you add new mods and forget to update the list then it may be preferable for some to have the new stuff already blacklisted by default.
