Timeout error #27
Description
Running applypilot run on Mac (Apple Silicon). Discover stage always completes as "partial" with 0 jobs. Error: Smart extract error: Timeout 30000ms exceeded. Doctor shows everything green. Have tried reinstalling Playwright, updating Chrome, updating ApplyPilot. Issue persists across multiple runs.
