CR Economic rework continuation

Description

The economy in CR has an evolution, it went from shitty specialized vendors that spawned in naturally to a vendor that contains everything without limit. There is still room for improvement however!

• Vendors should have limited stock + randomized stuff to sell #78
• Stock should be randomized during the round
• Dead matter should be able to be sold
• A lot of stuff needs to be blacklisted from being sold (lights, cameras and action?)
